Thai Airways International’s board would delay Piyasayasti Amranand’s inauguration as its new president after there was a complaint filed to the National Counter Corruption Commission that he lacked qualifications, Transport Minister Sophon Saram said yesterday. Piyasayasti was earlier a director of BAFS. The regulations stated that new president must not hold a directorship position at other companies for at least three years before taking a position.
