Thai listed developer Supalai recently revealed its plan to launch 16 new projects in Bangkok and expected to generate THB17 billion (US$ 557 million) in sales this year. All new projects will be launched at affordable price ranges and located in Bangkok city centre as the company aims at targeting buyers who currently live in the suburbs but looking for a place to stay in town to save time and expenses. According to Tritecha Tangmatitham, Supalai’s executive director, the company hopes to generate a total of THB17 billion (US$ 557 million) in sales, THB13 billion (US$ 426 million) of which will be generated from the new developments. Currently Supalai has a total of THB15.09 billion (US$ 495 million) worth of unsold inventory across a number of projects. (Supalai website)
