Thai stocks opened down 2.78 points at the start of trade Tuesday morning.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 971.97 points, down 2.78% from Monday’s close. The trade value was 1.19 billion baht, with 139.95 million shares traded.
The SET50 index opened at 689.64 points, down 2.33 points or 0.34%, with a total trade value of 969.37 million baht.
The SET100 index fell 5.17 points, or 0.35%, to 1,488.35 points, with a total turnover of 1.08 billion baht.
The SETHD index went down 2.92 points, or 0.30%, to 967.27 points, with a total turnover value of 264.94 million baht.
The MAI index dropped 0.59 points, or 0.24%, to stand at 241.85 points, with total transaction value of 6.33 million baht.

ADVANC stood at 133.00 baht, up 2.50 baht (1.92%)
PTTGC stood at 65.00 baht, down 0.50 baht (0.76%)
PTT stood at 304.00 baht, down 2.00 baht (0.65%)
JAS stood at 1.70 baht, unchanged
SCB stood at 117.00 baht, down 0.50 baht (0.43%)
